Do I need a domain?
Yes. Domain registration is separate. Bring a domain from your registrar and point it to your hosting account.
Can I use WordPress?
Yes. Install it through Installatron. Elementor's free plugin is optional; paid themes, plugins, Elementor Pro and other outside licenses are separate. This is self-service hosting, not a bundled website-design or managed WordPress maintenance service.
How are website and email limits applied?
Each account shares one storage pool across websites, databases, email and backups. Business plan mailbox counts are unlimited within storage, resource, sending and acceptable-use limits. Personal supports 25 mailboxes. SSH is included on Business and above, not Personal.
Can I install software outside Installatron?
Yes. You can install compatible software within your account; the Installatron catalog is a convenient starting point. NLI can assist with installation, maintenance, and permitted command-line tasks. Software must fit your plan's resources and available runtimes. Business and above include SSH.
What backups are available?
Create and restore your own backups in DirectAdmin, download copies to your computer, and keep independent copies with your own cloud-storage service. Remote automation depends on the backup tool and supported destination. Our separate off-site disaster-recovery copies are not a guaranteed customer daily-restore service.
