Order a new monthly Business, Business Plus, or Business Pro service, then switch and pay for a 1-, 2-, or 3-year term within 90 days of ordering. We will credit your first monthly hosting payment to your account after the longer-term invoice is paid.
One credit per customer, up to $6.45 for Business, $12.95 for Business Plus, or $19.45 for Business Pro. Your actual first monthly hosting payment after discounts sets the credit amount.
How the term change works
- Start monthly. Business and above include SSH, domain email, NVMe storage, free SSL, Installatron, and our AI interface.
- Review your longer-term price. Sign in as the account owner below. Choose the service and term, review the total, then confirm.
- Keep the time you already paid for. The longer term starts at your next renewal date. Your normal renewal invoice uses the new term; confirming here does not charge a payment.
- Receive the credit. Qualifying credit is added automatically after the longer-term invoice is paid and checked. It applies to future invoices, not the invoice you have already paid.

First-month credit: eligibility and terms
- Available for new monthly Business, Business Plus, and Business Pro services ordered on or after October 25, 2026. Personal and services originally ordered on longer terms are excluded.
- Switch the same service and pay its first qualifying 1-, 2-, or 3-year invoice within 90 days of the original order. Selecting a term alone does not earn credit.
- Credit equals the first monthly hosting fee actually paid after discounts and applied account credit, excluding tax and add-ons, capped at the starting plan's listed monthly price above. Payments funded entirely by account credit do not qualify.
- One award per customer. Duplicate claims, canceled/fraudulent orders, refunded or reversed payments, and disputed payments are excluded or reviewed. Credits affected by a later refund or reversal may be reviewed and adjusted; no cash refund is offered.
- Credit is in USD and applies to future invoices across your account. It does not reduce the already-paid longer-term invoice and cannot be redeemed for cash. Normal unused-time adjustments are separate from this promotional credit.
- Your paid monthly period is preserved. Longer terms renew until canceled, subject to our Terms of Service. This credit is a one-time benefit; the hosting prices are regular rates, not introductory rates.
