10% back, up to $10 per new customer
Earn 10% of the referred customer’s first qualifying paid hosting invoice, capped at $10. Credit becomes eligible after a 60-day hold and is applied to your Lizard Hill billing account.
Example: a qualifying $59.40 annual Business hosting purchase earns $5.94 in credit after the hold. A qualifying $179.40 Business Pro purchase earns the $10 maximum.
Referral terms
- Who can refer: customers with an active paid public hosting plan and an account in good standing. This program starts October 4, 2026; it does not apply retrospectively.
- Who qualifies: a genuinely new customer, not an existing customer creating another account. Only one referrer and one award per new customer. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fraudulent transactions, and attempts to evade these rules are excluded.
- Attribution: the new customer must follow your valid sharing link and complete their first hosting order in the same shopping session, within 24 hours. The first valid referral link in that session wins. There is no persistent multi-device or cross-browser attribution guarantee.
- Reward: 10% of eligible hosting charges on the first qualifying paid hosting invoice, after discounts and allocated account-credit payments, capped at $10 USD. Taxes, domain fees, add-ons, non-hosting charges, and later invoices do not earn rewards. This is not an introductory discount for the new customer.
- Hold and validation: the 60-day hold starts when the qualifying invoice is paid. Hosting must be active, payment reconciled, and accounts eligible when credit is issued. Payment discrepancies and uncertain credit results are held for review, not retried blindly.
- Refunds and cancellation: refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or cancelled qualifying purchases are excluded. A later refund can invalidate an award and lead to review or adjustment of promotional credit.
- Credit only: rewards are account credit, not cash or a withdrawal balance. Credit can be used for eligible future Lizard Hill invoices under normal billing rules. It is not transferable.
- Share responsibly: disclose that you may earn credit. Do not send unsolicited bulk mail, impersonate Lizard Hill, make unapproved claims, or publish someone else’s private information. Do not purchase advertising using Lizard Hill’s brand without permission.
- Privacy and changes: we store the referral relationship to administer rewards and prevent abuse; your portal does not identify referred customers. We may pause or change the program for future referrals. Legitimate earned rewards remain subject to the terms in effect for that referral and fraud/refund review.
