Follow the instructions for the version of Microsoft Outlook installed on your Windows computer.
Before you begin
Have your full email address, mailbox password, and assigned Lizard Hill server name ready. Your welcome message identifies the server.
New Outlook
- Open Outlook settings and select Accounts > Your accounts > Add Account.
- Enter your full email address and continue.
- If automatic setup does not work, choose IMAP or advanced setup.
- Enter the incoming and outgoing settings listed below.
Classic Outlook
- Choose File > Add Account.
- Enter your full email address, select Advanced options, and choose to set up the account manually.
- Select IMAP, then enter the incoming and outgoing settings listed below.
- Use your full email address as the username. Do not enable Secure Password Authentication, also called SPA.
- Test the account and complete the setup.
Server settings
- Incoming IMAP: assigned server, port 993, SSL/TLS.
- Outgoing SMTP: assigned server, port 587, STARTTLS.
- Authentication: full email address and mailbox password for both servers.
