Follow these steps to add a Lizard Hill mailbox to Mail on an iPhone or iPad.

Before you begin

Have your full email address, mailbox password, and assigned Lizard Hill server name ready. Your welcome message identifies the server.

Add the account

1. Open Settings, then find Apps > Mail > Mail Accounts. On earlier iOS or iPadOS releases, Mail Accounts may appear directly under Mail or Accounts.
2. Choose Add Account > Other > Add Mail Account.
3. Enter your name, full email address, mailbox password, and a useful description.
4. Choose IMAP.
5. Enter your assigned server for both incoming and outgoing mail.
6. Enter your full email address and mailbox password for both incoming and outgoing authentication, even if an outgoing field is marked optional.
7. Save the account.

Verify the server settings

• Incoming IMAP: assigned server, port 993, SSL enabled.
• Outgoing SMTP: assigned server, port 587, TLS enabled.
• Authentication: full email address and mailbox password for both servers.
