New referral program

Know a friend, freelancer, or small business looking for a home for their website? If you're happy with Lizard Hill, send them our way. Our new referral program lets eligible customers earn hosting credit when a new customer joins through their personal sharing link.

Earn 10% in account credit, up to $10 per new customer. Your reward is based on eligible hosting charges on your friend's first qualifying paid hosting invoice. After a 60-day hold from payment and eligibility checks, the credit is applied to your Lizard Hill billing account.

Get your link in three steps

  1. Sign in and open Referrals. You'll need an active paid Personal, Business, Business Plus, or Business Pro hosting service and an account in good standing.
  2. Accept the referral terms and create your sharing link. Your personal link connects a qualifying new customer's order to your referral.
  3. Share it with someone who needs hosting. They must follow the link and complete their first hosting order in the same shopping session, within 24 hours.

Let your friend know you may earn credit. For example: “I'm a Lizard Hill customer. If you sign up through my link, I may earn hosting credit.”

What could you earn?

$50 in eligible hosting charges

You earn $5 in account credit after the hold and validation.

$100 or more in eligible hosting charges

You earn the maximum $10 in account credit for that new customer.

You can see pending rewards and awarded credit on your Referrals page. Rewards are account credit for eligible future Lizard Hill invoices—not cash, a withdrawal balance, or a discount for the new customer.

A few important details

  • Referrals must be genuinely new customers. There's one reward per new customer; self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and fraudulent transactions don't qualify.
  • Rewards apply only to eligible hosting charges on the first qualifying paid hosting invoice, after discounts and allocated account-credit payments. Taxes, domain fees, add-ons, and later invoices are excluded.
  • The 60-day hold starts when the qualifying invoice is paid. Hosting must remain active and both accounts must meet the program's eligibility requirements when credit is issued. Refunds, reversals, or cancellations can invalidate a reward.
  • The first valid referral link in the shopping session wins. Switching devices or browsers can lose attribution, so ask your friend to use your link when they're ready to order.
  • Share responsibly and disclose the potential reward. Please don't send unsolicited bulk messages or make promises on Lizard Hill's behalf.
