- All storage is NVMe. Every plan includes free SSL certificates with automatic renewal and supported Installatron application updates.
- The highlighted hosting prices are monthly equivalents of three-year prepaid contracts, not monthly invoices. Full prepaid totals and other billing terms are shown on the website; checkout defaults to annual billing. Taxes are included; domain registration and third-party licenses are separate. Use the live plans page for current prices.
- Personal includes 25 mailboxes, 2 MySQL databases, and 2 FTP accounts; SSH is available on Business and above. Unlimited counts on larger plans remain subject to account limits and acceptable use.
- Customers can create and download DirectAdmin backups. Off-site provider copies support disaster recovery, not a guaranteed daily customer-restore service.
- The AI Natural Language Interface is included with every Lizard Hill hosting account at no additional Lizard Hill charge.
- DirectAdmin Two-Step Authentication and a supported third-party AI account are required.
- Third-party AI provider availability, limits, subscriptions, and charges are controlled by the provider.
