Technical support and additional sales information is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email at support@lizardhill.com and sales@lizardhill.com. We will answer all technical support & sales questions as quickly as possible, usually within 2-4 hours.

Contacting Technical Support in Case of an Emergency

Our technical support staff may be paged 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by sending an email to net911@lizardhill.com. Please limit your page to 100 characters or less. Include a short description of the problem, and contact information. Please use this address only in an emergency (such as your site being unavailable) and after you have reviewed our Technical Support FAQ.

If your issue is not an emergency, please use one of the alternative contact methods listed above. In the event that your issue is deemed a non-emergency, we will contact you during normal business hours. Some of the issues that are not considered emergencies are; missing or bad content, broken links, domain registration issues, domain transfer issues and billing issues. Some issues that will be handled as emergencies are; site/server not available and visible evidence of account hacking.

When not to contact Technical Support

Our technical support staff will not assist users in creating content or answering technical questions about web authoring in general. For questions concerning these items, we suggest you visit Netscape's Developer Site or W3C. Our parent company, Western Horizon Technologies, has consultants on staff that can create sites and content for you. There is a fee associated with these services.
